Craig Warren serves a Salesforce Administrator and Consultant for Ability Central Cloud Consulting. In this capacity, Craig consults with nonprofit organizations to develop Salesforce solutions to meet their fundraising, grant-seeking, and program management needs, as well as delivering custom solutions to meet the unique needs of diverse organizations.

Craig also serves as Ability Central’s digital accessibility expert. Craig’s areas of expertise include improving the user experience for websites and mobile apps, Salesforce CRMs and third-party tools, learning management systems, and other HR systems. Craig has performed accessibility testing and participated in user research for a wide range of organizations over the past decade, including Google, Meta, and government agencies in California.

Craig holds an MBA from University of the Pacific and has achieved six Salesforce certifications. He recently presented at Tahoe Dreamin’ on the topic of accessibility and will be speaking at Dreamforce 2024 this September.
